Ross Inglis

Ross is the Managing Director of Salesforce Practice and a seasoned Customer Engagement professional, specialising in consultative sales, strategic partnerships, and business development.

Ross has made significant contributions at IBM Consulting, New York, during his tenure. As an Associate Partner, he led solutioning, proposal strategies, and pricing for Salesforce opportunities in the state and local government sectors. Continuing his journey at IBM, Ross assumed the role of North American Leader for the Healthcare & Life Science, Enterprise Segment in 2020.

Before his time at IBM, Ross gained valuable experience as an Engagement Manager at LiquidHub LLC.

Prior to that, Ross founded The Melbourne Group LLC, providing strategic guidance to technology start-ups and established IT firms. He also held various roles with increasing responsibilities at Thomas Reuters LLC, covering operations, sales, alliances, business development, and strategy.

Equipped with a strong background in Salesforce solutions and project management, Ross excels at collaborating with customers and turning around struggling initiatives. He has a proven track record of achieving outstanding results, including closing an 18 to 24-month project for the New York City courts system by identifying and rectifying architectural design issues left undisclosed by the prior architect.

With a diverse skill set encompassing team leadership, client relationship management, financial operations, and start-up technologies, Ross is a trusted expert in the Salesforce ecosystem. His ability to develop partnerships and alliances, coupled with his proficiency in pipeline development and strategic transformations, has set him apart in the industry.

Ross holds a Bachelor’s Degree from York University. He has also earned several certifications, including Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Six Sigma Green & Black Belt.
