Anil Kapoor

President & Chief Executive Officer SVAM International Inc.

Anil Kapoor President and Chief Executive Officer, SVAM International Inc., a Global IT and BPO Service Provider, has pioneered several initiatives in making SVAM a significant contender in the marketplace since its inception in 1994. Anil oversees all global operations of the company, including sales, marketing, development, finance and professional services. A customer focused and visionary technology executive, Anil brings over two decades of experience in spearheading product development, marketing, strategic planning and business development. Thanks to his process oriented approach and single minded focus on customer satisfaction coupled with his ability to deliver premium services and support, SVAM has secured successful implementations with scores of clients including Strategic Planning engagements for the likes of Deutche Bank, HSBC, Long Island Bus and significant offshore contracts for leading technology companies including Motorola, IFF, SonicWall, RF Technologies, and Posit Science. Prior to SVAM, he held increasingly responsible management roles as Director MIS, Financial controller and Sr. Manager- Audits at AJ Maxwell, Travel House (A ITC subsidiary) Weston electronics, Everest Building Products (A Turn & Newell subsidiary) and PR Mehra & co ( Chartered Accountants).He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from New Delhi University - India.

Dr. Satya P. Sharma

President and CEO,Zortag

Dr. Satya Sharma is the President and CEO of Zortag, Inc. He is also the Executive Director of the Center of Excellence in Wireless and Information Technology (CEWIT) and a Professor at Stony Brook University. Dr. Sharma was previously Senior Vice President at Symbol Technologies (now part of Motorola) from 1995 to 2003, overseeing various divisions of the company including World-Wide Operations, Mobile Computing & Wireless Engineering, and Quality & Process Improvements. During Dr. Sharmas tenure at Symbol, the revenue increased from $450 Million to more than $1.6 Billion. While leading Symbols Mobile Computing & Wireless Engineering, the company won the National Medal of Technology in 2000, the highest technology award given by the US Government. Symbol was only the third electronics company to win this coveted award in addition to IBM and Bell Labs. He also led Symbol to win the Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing in 2003 and established Symbol's software center in India and its manufacturing facility in Mexico and oversaw its operations in US, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, China and India.

Prior to his tenure at Symbol, he was Director at Bell Labs and at AT&T Power Systems. He led Lucent Technologies to win the Deming Prize, considered the Noble Prize in Management in 1994, making it the first and still the only American manufacturing company to have this honor. Dr. Sharma also led Lucent to win the Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing in 1992. Under Dr. Sharmas leadership, Lucent also won the US Senate Productivity Award and the Environmental Excellence Award from US President George Bush.

In 2009-2010, Dr. Sharma was advisor to the Chairman and CEO of Bilcare Technologies headquartered in India and with operations in Singapore, USA and Europe. Bilcare Technologies is a leading enterprise engaged in preventing counterfeiting worldwide. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of RF Technologies, Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2006 and has been a consultant to a dozen startup and small and medium size companies worldwide.

Dr. Sharma has managed technology, led product development, managed marketing and financial functions, led manufacturing and logistics operations, set strategies and has created great organizations with innovative cultures.

Dr. Sharma has written more than 70 technical publications, has received several patents and is an expert in a wide variety of disciplines including wireless and mobile computing, quality management, materials science, manufacturing, and information technology. He holds a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from the Ohio State University.

Shahryar Shaghaghi

Chief Technology Officer Quantum Xchange

Shahryar, is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Quantum Xchange. He oversees development and execution of Quantum Xchange’s technologies and is a key part of the company's broader post-quantum crypto-agile infrastructure strategy.

By leveraging his extensive technology, risk management, and cybersecurity leadership experience garnered from his tenure with major consulting and financial services companies and his solid track record with complex and global implementations, Shahryar has successfully helped chief technology, risk, compliance, audit, legal, finance, operations, security, and privacy officers achieve their goals and optimize their critical and strategic programs.  

Expert in Cybersecurity, Shahryar recently served as a consulting subject matter expert for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s (FRBNY) Cybersecurity Risk Management program.  He has also been a lecturer at Columbia University for more than 3 years, focusing in IT Risk Management and Data Privacy for the Enterprise Risk Management graduate program.

Shahryar’s key accomplishments include leading one of the largest and most complex global IT Risk Management implementations in the world at a large financial institution.  He was instrumental and one of the authors in developing a cybersecurity attestation service (SOC for Cybersecurity) for AICPA that helps auditors identify cyber risks.  Shahryar was recently recognized among the PrivSec200 (East Coast), an inaugural list of 200 influential professionals who have made significant contributions to the privacy and security sectors.

Prior to Quantum Xchange, Shahryar was a partner at CohnReznick and BDO Consulting and led Technology Advisory and global Cybersecurity practices.  He also served as the Executive Vice President of IT Risk Management and Transformation with Citigroup, where he led major compliance programs, strategic and reengineering initiatives for its Global Operations and Technology globally, including the Information Security Program. He is a former partner with Deloitte Consulting and has helped various fortune 100 clients with their technology initiatives. He spent the early part of his career with PwC and Andersen Consulting, now Accenture.

Kambiz Mofrad is a highly successful senior executive and subject matter expert in Cybersecurity, Technology, and Data Privacy with many years of leadership and implementation experience, focusing on resolving complex enterprise and regulatory issues. Having served for Citigroup in various risk management and technology leadership roles for near three-decade, Kami has an exceptional track record of surpassing corporate goals and objectives. Through these years, Kami demonstrated a solid, comprehensive and global capabilities in technical development, information security, supplier risk, operational management, data management and best-in-class technology solutions for institutional and global accounts.
  
During his years at Citi, Kami leveraged his extensive technology and risk management knowledge to design and implement practical solutions to be fully aligned with internal and external regulatory policies, that included 
development of a new information security tools and methodologies to meet the regulatory commitment, creating an aggregated view of risk profiles, and mapping the risks and issues to existing information security initiatives. He architected and implemented Global Citi Third Party Continuous Monitoring and Third-Party Cyber Health Check programs, monitored 2.4K+ third parties near-realtime, met the regulatory commitments, and significantly reduced Third Party IS Risks for the organization. Additionally, he designed and implemented a state-of-the-art client-less secure email solution utilized by thousands of users, achived a significant $100MM savings, and was awarded the ISE 2009 Project of the Year.
    
Kambiz has deep expertise in the areas of cybersecurity, application development, IT infrastructure management, Fraud, IT financial management, and business continuity. He also implemented multiple regulatory mandates solutions and has a great understating of compliance related to enforcement actions, and industry recognized standards including ISO 27001, HIPAA, FFIEC, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR.

Kambiz spent his early part of his career working for AT&T Bell Laboratories as a member of technical staff design and implemented more than few complex application and Infrastructure and IT security solutions; clients included, FAA, American Express, American Airlines, New York Life, Mead Data Central, and some government agencies.


Notable credentials 
Co-Led savings of $20MM established Citi's first Information Security Strategy, IS Framework and Implementation Roadmap, built foundation for IT Risk Management implementation prioritization, and delivered focus on high-risk areas.
Co-developed the onboarding of Cloud Services Security Certification that included: data privacy, cross-border, SLA, and redundancy. As a part of this exercise all new acquisitions of any cloud-based services must get approved through this established process and have the approval of the Business Chief Information Officer
Directed Citigroup remote access facilities in 175 countries and managed the implementation of Remote Access Services for Citigroup globally, which facilitated an exchange of $1.1T daily.
Initiated the original Citi remote working strategy called Citi in the Box, which now has become Citi Virtual Workplace and supported 150K+ users during COVID-19 and saved billions.
