Overview
To ensure compliance with all statutory & constitutional discovery obligations, including disclosure of Brady/Giglio materials, the ADAs must provide information concerning police officers involved in each case. Emails with police officer information are distributed individually to the ADAs handling a particular case for distribution to the respective defense attorneys. In addition, the disclosure folders for the respective officers are updated with the latest disclosure documents.
Challenges
- Emails with police officer information to be distributed via case management software individually to the ADAs handling a particular case for relaying to the respective defense attorneys.
- The disclosure folders, stored in a network drive, for the respective officers to be updated with the latest disclosure documents.
The SVAM Difference
